    Stop, hey what's that sound? Everybody look what's going down... Oh sorry, just thinking of a song, haha... But seriously though, ever think about how sound makes you feel? When you hear a certain sound, does it take you back to a moment in time? Sound is a powerful thing.
    Every second of the day our bodies are taking in the world around us through our senses. Our sense of hearing is POWERFUL.

    In this episode, Tara Lynn talks about the power of sound, how to use sound to feel the day, uplift our mood, and to make the world a better place.

    Key question; Does your tone match your intention?
    Speak the way you would want to be spoken to.
    Be mindful of the sounds around you each day.

  • Ep.60 Happy Thanksgiving!! 5 Ways to Stay on Track & How to Handle Difficult Family (repost)

    It's Thanksgiving Week in the US!! Get ready for family you haven't seen in a while, laughter, fun, and ALL THE FOOD!! How can we keep from falling off the wagon on our health & wellness journey? How can we keep from losing our sh*t around those difficult family members we don't usually see? How can we find GRATITUDE & BRING THE JOY?!! We talk about all of that and more in this episode! I give you my 5 Ways to Stay on Track this Thanksgiving!
    Episode Highlights;
    1. Consider a Turkey Trot and/or exercise in the morning.
    2. Eat one good food/light meal early in the day.
    3. Double down on Water!! Drink one big glass of water just before the big meal.
    4. Put a veggie on your plate and eat that first.
    5. ENJOY! Bring the Joy!!

    Bonus Tip; Start Fresh the next day! Plan a big workout or movement activity for the day after the big feast.

  • Ep.59 Some Kind of Wonderful- 3 Ways to Find Your Wonderful (perspective/mindset shift)

    Isn't everything wonderful? So said-NO ONE in reality! We all want to live a wonderful life, but what does that even mean? Where do we get the images, the visions of what is perfect and wonderful? In this episode, we talk about where we get the ideas of what our life should be like, social media influence on our embedded thoughts, and how to shift our perspective on our own lives.

    Tara Lynn's 3 Ways to Find Your Wonderful Life;
    1. Rethink/erase vision of perfection & idealism. Write down where you learned your unconscious ideals of a perfect life.
    2. Replace those idealistic thoughts with realistic thoughts. Give yourself a REALITY CHECK. Write down your current state of affairs. Accept & Embrace it.
    3. Create a new vision of HOPE for the future based on embracing what is and moving forward from your current situation.

    The key is EMBRACING reality and feeling GRATITUDE in just one little piece of it. That little piece is your WONDERFUL.

    We all have past trauma and negative events from our past that can come back to haunt us (so to speak). If you have recurring thoughts of bad things that have happened to you and would like to finally move past them, then this episode is for you!! Listen as Tara Lynn gives you her 5 Steps to help you finally move forward, reprogram your brain, and shift your Mindset towards optimism & hope.
    5 Steps Overview (Reprogramming);
    1. Recognize the traumatic thoughts/feelings.
    2. Retell the current story-truth as it is happening now.
    3. Breathe (count 1-5 on the inhale, hold, count 1-5 on the exhale) -Do steps 2 & 3 simultaneously on repeat.
    4. Retell FUTURE story of optimism & hope.
    5. Peak State Future Retell (write down & repeat frequently)

    I have hope for you! There IS goodness in the world and it belongs to all of us! Good things are coming your way, my friends! Believe it!!

Maybe a person, the memory of a past relationship, negative thoughts from the past, a vice that has a hold on you... whatever it is, this meditation will help you be FREE. Don't we all want to be free?
