    It's giving toxic... Another episode of my *Late Night Th0ts* with a playlist curated just for us so, get comfy, take some time for yourself, and listen- it's a vibe.

    Have you ever been in a toxic relationship? It's so hard when even though they are a toxic person in our lives, we still have love and want a piece of them in our life still but... is it worth it?

    Which is more important? Loyalty... or love? Can we even love someone if we're not loyal to them? We're talking about the importance of being loyal and sticking to the "contract" you and your partner(s?) have agreed to...

    What's your love language? One of my big ones is words of encouragement. We're gonna talk about what that means and why it's important to know and understand your love languages-- because ours and our partners may be veryyyy different....

    We also talk about the importance of relationships other than just the romantic ones and why women need to be hyping eachother up more and how to connect with people w/ your same interests

    soo, i found one of my journals... from a year ago… and because i'm oversharing my whole life i'm gonna read them to you and give you a peak into my beautiful dark twisted fantasy of a mind 🙃 god speed. are you a narcissist? do you know a narcissist?! if so, you may be eligible for compensatio- this is actually my favorite episode i've recorded it. i didn't plan or outline any of it, i just talked and you get a real life view into my brain and what was going on in my head over the last year and how my past traumas manifested into my present actions, thoughts&reactions. we can be toxic ourselves, but its possible to be healthier versions of ourselves after we notice and actively change these habits, but its so. fucking. hard. ESPECIALLY when the ones on the opposite ends, continue to bring out these bad habits. i give you some of the tips i thought of to strengthen my ex and i's relationship (but remember they only work when it’s a team errort) and hopefully you get something out of our past mistakes. i mean , that's what this whole things about right? this gets deep. this gets personal. this gets intimate. i laughed. i cried. its a rollercoaster. but lifes fucking hard sooo lets talk about it
