 soo, i found one of my journals... from a year ago… and because i'm oversharing my whole life i'm gonna read them to you and give you a peak into my beautiful dark twisted fantasy of a mind 🙃 god speed. are you a narcissist? do you know a narcissist?! if so, you may be eligible for compensatio- this is actually my favorite episode i've recorded it. i didn't plan or outline any of it, i just talked and you get a real life view into my brain and what was going on in my head over the last year and how my past traumas manifested into my present actions, thoughts&reactions. we can be toxic ourselves, but its possible to be healthier versions of ourselves after we notice and actively change these habits, but its so. fucking. hard. ESPECIALLY when the ones on the opposite ends, continue to bring out these bad habits. i give you some of the tips i thought of to strengthen my ex and i's relationship (but remember they only work when it’s a team errort) and hopefully you get something out of our past mistakes. i mean , that's what this whole things about right? this gets deep. this gets personal. this gets intimate. i laughed. i cried. its a rollercoaster. but lifes fucking hard sooo lets talk about it
