  • Why We’re Obsessed with Lists (And Why It Matters)
    2025/06/03

Let’s get real for a minute...if you’re someone who constantly feels like you need to do more, be more, check more boxes—this one’s for you.

In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on something I don’t think we talk about enough: how list-making and over-planning become a crutch…a way we try to cope with deeper stuff we don’t want to face.

I dive into my own journey with hustle culture, navigating chronic illness, and the deep-rooted need for control that kept me stuck in cycles I didn’t even realize I was in. We’ll talk about why creating a symptom timeline was a game changer, and how understanding your patterns can lead to real, sustainable healing.

This isn’t about shaming your coping mechanisms—this is about getting honest. It’s about learning to sit with the hard feelings instead of avoiding them. Because growth doesn’t come from checking boxes. It comes from getting in tune with yourself.

Let’s go deep, let’s get messy, and let’s actually heal.

🎧 Listen now. Your peace is worth it.

  • The Power of Slowing Down: A Game Changer For Your Life
    2025/05/20

In this episode of Operation Be: The Podcast, I am going to explore the profound benefits of slowing down in a fast-paced world. By navigating my own personal experiences, I have built an arsenal of insights about the art of slowing down as a powerful tool for healing the nervous system.

I am going to dive into the heightened stress levels of modern life and some practical tips to build a tolerance for stress…because let's be honest – we all are dealing with some pretty monumental levels of pressure in our everyday lives.

Some of my favorite lessons include the importance of presence and the power of the pause. Have you ever tried using your five senses to really be "in" a moment? By slowing down, you can positively impact your life, work, and relationships.

I look forward to sharing this powerful show with you!✨

  • Why We Practice: A Journey of Self Reflection & Growth
    2025/05/06

This one’s special. I’m taking you behind the scenes of Operation Be—not just the podcast, but the process… the journey… the evolution. I’ve changed. The show has grown. And today, I’m diving into how and why.

We’re revisiting one of my favorite episodes, Why We Practice, recorded five years ago. (Yes, I dug up clips!) That message? Still relevant. Maybe more now than ever. Because here’s the truth—consistency, self-awareness, and the practices we build daily are everything.

Over the past two years, I’ve faced some serious health challenges that forced me to slow down and reevaluate. It wasn’t easy. But it brought me back to the basics—mindfulness, reflection, true self-care. The kind that doesn’t look pretty on social media but actually works.

I hope this episode reminds you why you started. Why it matters. And that you’re not alone. Growth is gritty. But with intention and consistent practice, you're capable of more than you realize.

    Let’s keep showing up. Together.

  • The Garden Revolution: How Self-Responsibility Can Change Your Life
    2025/04/29

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck waiting for something to magically change? Yeah... you're not alone. Now, let's talk about how waiting or blaming is actually just you giving your power away.

In a world where it's easy to point the finger at everyone and everything else, it's hard to realize that tending your own garden - your mind, your habits, your energy - is the real move that changes everything. Taking radical responsibility for yourself isn't punishment… it's the unlock.

I want to walk you through the uncomfortable but powerful conversation about how choosing ownership over excuses can literally transform your life. It's not always pretty. It's not always easy. But it's always worth it. ✨

Taking care of yourself, owning your choices, standing in your power…this is where freedom lives.

I hope this hits you exactly where you need it today. Let's get into it. 💋

  • How Identifying with a Diagnosis is Actually Hurting You
    2025/04/15

Have you been searching for a diagnosis to explain parts of yourself or your life experience? Join the club! Now, let’s talk about how identifying with that could actually be hurting you too.

In a world filled with hot topic words and identifiers floating around, it’s hard to both embrace this part of yourself and also not let it take total control of your life. Wearing it as a badge of honor usually doesn’t do much besides help you in the headspace of “this is what’s wrong with me”.

I want to talk you through the difficult conversation about how you can actually life-hack your way out of this vortex, and actually use it as a way to navigate parts of yourself & excel in your life. Slowing down is NOT “lazy”, relaxation is NOT “selfish”, and shedding those labels can be a turning point in your growth.✨

I hope you enjoy the show!

  • Stop Dismissing Parts of Self: Season 2 Episode 13
    2025/04/08

Welcome back to a new episode of Operation Be: The Podcast.

This show is all about how to STOP dismissing parts of self. Our confidence and belief systems are the ultimate drivers of how we move through our life and our ability to find real peace.

There is a distinct difference in the language that we use with ourselves too. Understanding the difference between “BUT” vs. “AND” is a great place to start honoring self, while remaining true to what you’re going through.

Have you ever thought about how the word “but” limits our abilities, discounts our real experiences, and excludes parts of self? Real talk…I had to rewire my brain to change this habit, which was so worth it! Replacing it with “and” allowed me to learn to create intention, bridge multiple phases of my reality at once, and validate what I was feeling moment to moment.

I hope you enjoy the show!
