Why your business is stuck (and you're having to force growth)

  • サマリー

  • If you’re working hard, doing all the things and still not getting the results you want…

…Doing more is likely not going to help.

Sometimes it produces the exact opposite effect.

    Why?

Most likely, your business isn’t stuck because you’re not working hard enough…

…but because it’s outgrown its “pot”.

Just like a plant can only grow as much as its container allows, your business growth depends on the size of its “pot.”

    Wtf is the pot?

It’s the architecture of your business - the model, structure, systems, and strategy.

These core factors either enable growth or constrain it.

When the ‘pot’ isn’t big enough:

    • The strategies that once worked start to produce less
    • Growth feels forced instead of natural, you’re always pushing
    • You work harder than before but make less progress

Just like adding more soil, sunlight, and water isn’t going to help the plant grow…

Adding more stuff to your business isn’t going to make a big difference unless you ‘house’ your work in the right architecture.

    But the real kicker?

Many entrepreneurs don’t even realize this is happening until they feel completely stuck—or worse, want to burn everything down and start over.

(you may have seen a wave of successful 6 & 7 fig entrepreneurs in the last 12 months who shut down seemingly lucrative businesses)

There are three areas of alignment you need to avoid burnout and unlock ease.

This is from a conversation with a 7 fig entrepreneur who I’m helping redesign his biz for more ease, flow and joy.

Scaling doesn’t have to be a grind.

When your business architecture is aligned with who you are, growth flows effortlessly.
