    Hello, fam! This is the first Christmas without my mom and I just wanted to share some thoughts about what has been going on. Even before my mom passed away I always get in funny mood as this arts to wind down, I do not know what it is. Call it nostalgic,sad, slightly depressed. I don't know, but I try to hold on to Christmas as long as I can by staring at lights, watching a movies, and listening to music, but no matter what I do that feeling just starts to fade away, and I am only left with knowing that I will have wait an entire year that takes so long, but goes so fast. Now, with children this feeling has altered drastically. Hope you enjoy the listen.

    Hello, fam! I originally planned for this to be my first video podcast, but it did not save the video from my phone. My plan to is to now have small episodes to grow more of an audience that includes those who just like to listen shorter content. So, I plan to record thoughts that come up over time and just release them, and save my longer episodes for when I actually have a guest on my show. I plan to call them "Mini Thoughts."     The holidays can be very difficult to navigate when you have lost someone that you loved, and that you were close to. In this episode I talk about some of the moments of tears that I have been experiencing as the holiday season was approaching, how I dealt with it, and just allowed myself those moments. I chose to stay in that emotion until it passed. The holidays can be the most beautiful and painful time of year, but we will get through it. I hope you enjoy this episode.
