  • Feeling Triggered? What Your Triggers Are Really Telling You & How To Heal Them
    2025/04/01

Welcome back to The Relationship Circle.

Today, we're tackling something that most of us avoid—our triggers. Not because we’re lazy or not doing the work, but because it’s confronting, uncomfortable, and messy. But guess what? Those triggers you try to ignore? They’re actually the most powerful tools for your growth.

In this episode, I’m breaking down:

    • How to recognize when you’re being triggered: What physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions show up when you’re triggered.
    • How to trace it back to the root cause: Understanding where this trigger came from—whether it's a past experience, relationship, or belief you picked up along the way.
    • How to work through it and actually heal: Practical steps for sitting with your triggers, acknowledging them, and moving past them rather than shoving them down or pretending they’re not there.

I share real-life examples from my own journey and from clients who’ve learned to stop avoiding their triggers and start using them as a roadmap for healing. This isn’t about getting rid of your triggers—it’s about understanding them, healing them, and transforming how you respond.

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or like your emotions are running the show, this episode is for you. Listen in and let’s do the real work.

And I’d love to hear from you—what’s been triggering you lately? What feels like it keeps pulling you back into old patterns? Let me know because I’m here, rooting for you every step of the way. 💪💖

  • Why Situationships Are So Addictive—And How to Finally Break Free
    2025/03/18

Hey everyone! In this episode of The Relationship Circle, I'm diving into a topic that so many of my clients struggle with—situationships. If you’ve ever been stuck in that in-between space where you’re not really single, but you’re not in a committed relationship either, you know exactly how confusing and emotionally draining it can be.

I break down why situationships are so addictive—the emotional highs and lows, the fear of abandonment, and that frustrating push-pull dynamic that makes it so hard to walk away. I'll also explain how attachment styles (especially anxious attachment) play into this cycle and why it's so easy to mistake emotional intensity for genuine connection.

But here’s the good news—you don’t have to stay stuck. I’ll walk you through how to identify a situationship, how to stop accepting breadcrumbs, and how to reclaim your power by walking away with confidence. You deserve more than mixed signals and half-hearted effort—you deserve real love and consistency.

If you’ve been caught in a cycle of situationships, this episode is for you. Let’s break the pattern and create the love you truly deserve! ❤️

  • Good Boundaries, Good Behaviours, and Goodbye!
    2024/08/20

It’s goodbye for now, but don’t worry - it’s not goodbye forever! Welcome to the final episode for Season 2 of The Relationship Circle podcast. It’s been an incredible season with some fantastic guests who have shared their wisdom and experience along the way, and who have hopefully inspired you to feel so much more confident and capable in your own dating adventures. I’m not letting you go without one more advice session though - this week’s episode is focusing on elevating your self-awareness of behaviours and boundaries. Women can often be people-pleasers, who don’t want to stir the pot and offend anyone by calling them out on their bad behaviours. But the standard that you walk past, is the standard you accept! We’re looking into the critical importance of setting clear and appropriate boundaries that respect your needs, and then recognising the way your partner responds to them. Whilst their reaction is a reflection of them, how you then respond is a reflection of your own willingness to grow. So to end the season, I’m sharing my self-awareness strategies for the role you play in changing your partner’s actions. Don’t let the rose-coloured glasses fool you - you have the power to shape your relationship!

Take the wheel and get back in the driver’s seat of your life:
💖 Recognising the good behaviours along with the bad
💖 Setting clear boundaries to allow for growth in a relationship
💖 Self-awareness of the standard you are willing to accept
💖 Taking back your power: change the things that you can control!

And that’s a wrap for Season 2 - make sure you subscribe to be the first to know when Season 3 launches near the end of the year. We’ve got so much more to learn and share with each other, and I can’t wait to see you all soon!

  • No More Mr. Nice Guy with Jason Lange
    2024/08/13

You’ve probably dated a self-confessed ‘nice guy’ before: someone who paid for all the dinners, got you flowers, and was great with all your friends. But where a true nice guy and a not-so-genuine nice guy differ is in their authenticity and their expectations of what they deserve to receive from doing so! We’re breaking down how you can spot the difference in this week’s episode! Our guest is Jason Lang, a men’s embodiment coach, group facilitator, and evolutionary guide, aiming to provide opportunities and support for men’s personal growth. He’s also a certified ‘No More Mr Nice Guy’ coach, a program for men struggling with a fear of making women uncomfortable, which can then in turn hold them back from forming authentic connections. With society’s strongly conflicting views of how a typical ‘man’ should act when it comes to pursuing women, it can be difficult to find a healthy balance. Jason helps open our eyes to a male’s view of relationships, and how their partners can support them in healthy expressions of their emotions. We discuss the power of give-and-take in relationships and encourage those newly dating to create a safe space for both sides to share their needs and desires - you’ll be shocked at the difference in can make between a fizzle-out and forever. Forget about men being from Mars - they’re also just trying to get by in the same dating world as we are!

    We’re taking a different perspective:
🙅‍♂️ Benefits of embodiment practices for men (and their partners!)
🙅‍♂️ Leadership in relationships - the power of being able to lead and also follow
🙅‍♂️ Mutual trust allows for vulnerability for both sides of a relationship
🙅‍♂️ What makes a ’nice guy’: good intentions and covert contracts

  • How Do We Jump Back Into Dating When We’re Scared of Getting Hurt Again?
    2024/08/06

All the red flags that were too hard to ignore, all the time wasted, all the disappointing ends to relationships: it’s enough to make you give up on the idea of dating entirely! Even for the most confident of women, those bad dating experiences can shatter your confidence and make you question everything. Whether you’re asking yourself if you can cope with getting hurt and rejected again, or if you’re worried you’ll just repeat the same patterns over and over again, it can be incredibly intimidating to put yourself back out there. But take a deep breath, lift your chin up, and get ready to take that leap! On this week’s episode, I’m addressing the biggest problem I hear from women all the time: how do I get back into the game without being so scared I’ll get hurt again? It’s all about reframing negative experiences into something positive. I’m giving you my strategies for success, from building and practising your relationship skills outside of the dating game, to looking deep inside for what you truly want out of a relationship and then having the confidence to not accept anything less. Remember that ALL of your emotions are always valid - I’m encouraging you to embrace vulnerability as your superpower, not your weakness!

Your first steps on your new dating journey:
❤️‍🔥 Becoming okay with being vulnerable - it’s the only way to be authentic
❤️‍🔥 Setting realistic expectations for yourself, and for your potential partner
❤️‍🔥 Looking out for yourself in a constructive and self-loving way throughout the process
❤️‍🔥 What to do if you do get hurt (it’s not the end of the world, I promise!)

Tune into this week’s episode as we look past all the fears and distractions trying to cloud your judgement, and look at the true realities of dating. You are the one in charge of your outcomes - we’re reclaiming our dating power knowing at the end of the day, you’ll be okay.
