Ever feel that weighing sensation out of the blue? Where is it coming from? Have you considered the fact that you may be holding onto baggage that could be left behind? This is when we have to consider forgiveness. It took me a minute to realize "forgiveness" isn't for the other person, but instead it is for yourself.

Forgiving allows us to move forward within our lives so we don't have shit weighing us down or chaining us to the past. We cannot runaway from our problems. We are try to cover them up with dust, but as time passes the molding of that past can reform. So it is best to work through it and forgive so you can truly let go. Not sure how to forgive? I wasn't either especially, since I was adamant that I was "over it" and no longer affected. LMAO...my mind set me straight throughout the years with constant triggers. My reactions and behaviors were evident that the past was still lingering. SO I HAD TO GET RID OF IT!

There are several moments in life where we come to a wall or dead end. We start to question what it is we are doing with our lives. Questions that ponder are like these:

-What am I doing with my life?

-Why am I not happy?

-I don't feel like this is my full potentional?

-I want more, but how?
