The 2025 Arnold Classic Armlifting USA event took place this past weekend in Columbus, Ohio. World Wide Grip Battle was a multi-venue competition with 5 venues competing from Feb 8th-22nd. NAPALM Johnson joins the show to break down the weightclass and overall results. 7 Lifters across the country were able to achieve an Elite Grip Sport Total. Following Lifters achieved Elite Totals for their weightclass: Ben Helms, Jason Dingey, Jedd Johnson, Luke Raymond, Andy Munsey, Zach Mullins, and Clint Ziegler. Tommy Lymath began his grip training journey in early 2018, as a competitive strongman where he began learning about the benefits of a strong grip. Seeking more information on the best methods to train grip strength Tommy found himself documenting his own training and creating tools to develop his grip. This led to him establishing Gods Of Grip in 2018 with the goal being to continue developing their line of grip tools, innovating training/the grip scene, and spreading the importance of a strong grip. Jason Dingey is the current North American Grip Sport Champion with a history of winning many big competitions to include the 2022 Nationals as well. Jason has continued to be one of the most successful and active lifters by competing in Grip Sport and Armlifting placing towards the top of any competition that he enters. Aside from many of his top competition lifts/records... Jason is a certified CoC #3 Closer, has done a double Thomas Inch (Thumbless) Farmer's Walk and is one of the most well rounded grip athletes across the board when it comes to feats of strength. Jason shares some of his background prior to the sport and some of his journey along the way to present day.

Will Guiliani hosted a dual sanctioned World's Strongest Grip competition at the LA Fit Expo on Jan 26th. Many great competitors of the sport traveled to LA to test themselves on the Rolling Thunder, Ironmind Axle, 3" Saxon Bar, and the 4th event was an excalibur style vertical lift that was a hold for time. Will and Tanner (100kg 1st Place Winner) join the show to talk us through the competition experience.

Amy Wattles needs no introduction in the world of Grip Strength. She's Competed in everything from Strongman (earning her ASC Pro Card), Highland Games, Grip Sport, and even Steinholding. She's been featured in MILO magazine, set numerous world records in Grip along the way, and is actively competing and still claiming records. Amy has been instrumental in inspiring women to get into grip strength competitions and has led the way by example since 2012. She joins the show to discuss key moments in her competitive career and to talk about the sport moving forward.
