  • Alpha Grip Competition Results (RECAP) ft. Nate Phillips

    The Alpha Grip Competition was hosted by Nate Phillips in Newark, OH. It featured a mix of veteran lifters with some newer lifters. The events contested were Double Overhand Axle (Rogue), 3" Saxon Bar (Armassassin Strength Shop), Rogue Anvil, and the Ironmind Rolling Thunder. The overall winner was Jason Dingey with Cliff Kiener coming in 2nd Place. Tune in for more competition details!

  • Aggy St-Jacques Sets New Rolling Thunder Pull Up Record (Interview)

    Aggy St-Jacques Set a new record for Ironmind by completing 20 Strict Pull Ups while hanging from two Rolling Thunder Handles. The previous record was 15reps held by Tammy McClure. Aggy managed to knock this amazing feat of strength out prior to competing in the King Kong Grip Challenge. She went on to win the women's 63kg weight class and placed 13th Overall out of 80 women's competitors in the Open weight category. Aggy gives us some info about her climbing background, her training, and her thoughts about the sport moving forward.
