Adrienne and Pamela also discuss how they have experienced burnout in the past. They both talk about how they have a tendency to do too much and have learned to listen to their bodies and focus on what is essential. Pamela shares her experience with empty nest syndrome and how it is an ongoing process. Adrian talks about parenting a young child and how it can sometimes be overwhelming but acknowledges that it is a learning experience.
