In this Raising Your Spirits podcast Tony talks about the dynamics of Masculine and Feminine Energies a how they are so different yet they work together so well. Tony brings in some elements of Feng Shui as it applies to these energy poles. These are all questions that Tony channels Spirit in answering.

In this episode Tony talks about what it may be like after you shift to "A New YOU". This is the second part of the podcast that was released previously on the Versions of YOU. When you shift to a new version of yourself after a tough ordeal what actually happens to you when you get to the other side? Tony covers this element and explains why some of your friends may not connect with you the same way or people will treat you differently even if they don't know what you have gone through. You literally are a different person in the same body.

Tony channels the some of the best ways to get through the aftermath is feel like you are water. An easily flowing substance that always moves and finds its way. Take things easy. In this end of the year edition Tony talks about how to focus or reflect back on your year that is about to end. How do you feel about what happened and how you dealt with things. Spirit highlights the fact that you did more than you were expecting. Often times events come up and we find a way to accomplish our goals we have set for ourselves so they want you to have the perception that you have evolved in some way. You are amazing in that you kept going.

Tony channels many examples of why some people don't always think they have done much however spirit sees much progress. It is not about how much money you had made or what promotions you got but how lighter you are and have you let go of what has always brought you down. This meditation was created to experience the start of the breakdown of an addiction. Play this as often as you can or are able. We will have a special edition coming up December 18th 2024 that will talk more about how an addiction is created and why it is considered a gift. Until this podcast edition is ready to be released listen to the soundtrack and follow along and come with an open mind to follow what is being said. In this edition Tony channels spirit about what is peace to you and where you can find it. Tony gives several examples of finding peace in your mind in some of the most unlikely and simple places you might not have thought of. Spirit mentions that you may not want ultimate peace and they go into a broader explanation. In the end what makes you at peace? If it is only money then you will never be at peace because it is a man-made vehicle of exchange.
