    Today, I want to share a poem with you. This poem is especially for those of you who feel exhausted after a long year. You have put yourself out there and done your best - and it has taken its toll.

    The poem is called "For One Who Is Exhausted" by John O'Donohue.

    John O'Donohue was a poet, theologian, and philosopher. He authored a number of books, including Anam Cara, Beauty: The Invisible Embrace, and To Bless The Space Between Us.
