    Forever Friends Pontypridd:


    @foreverfriendspontypridd is a group where strangers can become friends. Founded by @soberlifewithels in 2021, the group was started with the hopes of getting people out and about during the tough times of the pandemic.


    A few short years on and the group is thriving, having grown exponentially since its early days of walking meet-ups. The group runs a ton of events, from communal contrast therapy sessions at @tan.a.rhew to wreath-making classes during the festive periods, not to mention children’s Easter parties and breathwork workshops with @reset_with_ruth …but there’s plenty more!


    The newest addition to the group’s events is the “Conversation Club” - a no-judgement space where anyone and everyone is welcome to enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
