Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 John 15:5

I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
    JOHN 15:5

    DEVOTION
    Based on John 15
Jesus uses the image of the vine and branches to show our complete dependence on Him. Just as a branch draws life and strength from the vine, we must stay connected to Christ to thrive spiritually. Abiding in Him means daily communion, trust, and obedience—staying close through prayer, His Word, and surrender.

When we abide in Him, our lives produce lasting fruit—love, patience, kindness, and more. But apart from Him, we become spiritually dry and unfruitful. True growth and purpose come only from remaining rooted in Jesus.

Take a moment tonight to draw near to Him. Breathe out self-reliance, and breathe in His presence. Ask Him to help you abide in Him and bear fruit that brings Him glory.
    A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Praise Jesus as the true vine—the source of life and spiritual nourishment. Worship Him for sustaining and growing you in grace.

CONFESSION: Reflect on times when you’ve tried to live independently from Christ. Confess any disconnection or spiritual dryness, and ask for renewal.

THANKSGIVING: Thank God for His faithfulness in drawing you back to Him. Express gratitude for the fruit He’s produced in your life as you’ve remained close to Him.

SUPPLICATION: Father, help me abide in Jesus each day. Keep me rooted in Your love and dependent on Your strength. Let my life bear fruit that reflects Your Spirit and blesses others.

    PRAYER
“I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
    JOHN 15:5
Dear Lord, You are the source of all life and energy. You alone have the power to sustain us through all seasons of life. We are humbled to receive such support and guidance from You, Lord. May we always remember that Your Spirit is the source of our strength and the foundation of our faith. We, like branches, are dependent on the vine we draw life from – and that is You. We ask for more energy every day to serve You with all of our hearts, minds, and souls. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾

  • Episode 1298 - Jarvis Kingston Thank God for the peace He offers through Christ. Express gratitude for His victory, which gives you strength
    2025/03/31
Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 John 16:33

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
    JOHN 16:33

    DEVOTION
    Based on John 16
Jesus speaks these words to bring comfort and courage. He doesn’t promise a life free from trouble—in fact, He tells us to expect tribulation. But He also assures us that through Him, we can have peace even in the midst of chaos. His victory over the world gives us reason to rejoice, not fear.

Christ’s triumph means that sin, suffering, and even death do not have the final word. His peace is not the absence of trouble but the presence of confidence in Him. Because He has overcome, we too can walk with hope and courage.

Take a moment tonight to release your worries. Breathe out anxiety, and breathe in His peace. Trust in the One who has already overcome everything you will ever face.
    A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Praise Jesus for being the Overcomer of the world. Worship Him for His peace that sustains you through every storm.

CONFESSION: Reflect on times when fear has overshadowed your faith. Confess any doubts or anxieties, and ask Jesus to renew your peace in Him.

THANKSGIVING: Thank God for the peace He offers through Christ. Express gratitude for His victory, which gives you strength and confidence each day.

SUPPLICATION: Lord, help me hold onto Your peace in the face of trouble. Strengthen my heart with the truth that You have overcome the world. Let my joy be rooted in You, even when life feels uncertain.

    PRAYER
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
    JOHN 16:33
Heavenly Father, We come to You in our current moments of distress, acknowledging the fear and uncertainty that life's hardships bring. Although we feel overwhelmed by the world's troubles and worries, we trust that Your love for us is greater still and will guide us through it all. Help us to know that despite any trial or tribulation that comes our way, we can take heart and be courageous in the knowledge that You will never forsake us. We thank You for Your peace which surpasses all understanding, and pray that it will fill our hearts and minds as we remember to overcome evil with good. Grant us the strength to stand firm in the midst of turmoil, with unwavering faith in You and Your infinite wisdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾

Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Hebrews 6:19

Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil...”
    HEBREWS 6:19

    DEVOTION
    Based on Hebrews 6
Our hope in Christ is not wishful thinking—it is a firm, unshakable anchor for our souls. In a world filled with uncertainty, God gives us a hope that holds steady through every storm. This hope is rooted in His unchanging promises and His presence, which reaches beyond the veil—into the very heart of God’s presence.

Jesus, our High Priest, has made a way for us to be near to God. Because of Him, our hope is secure and eternal. When we feel tossed by fear, doubt, or hardship, we can cling to this anchor and know we are held fast by His love.

Take a moment tonight to reflect on what anchors your soul. Breathe out worry, and breathe in the unshakable hope you have in Christ. He will not let go.
    A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Praise God for being your unchanging anchor. Worship Him for His faithfulness and the eternal hope found in His presence.

CONFESSION: Reflect on times when you’ve anchored your hope in things that fade or fail. Confess any misplaced trust, and ask God to re-center your heart in Him.

THANKSGIVING: Thank God for the secure hope you have in Jesus. Express gratitude for His presence that steadies you, even in the midst of life’s storms.

SUPPLICATION: Father, anchor my soul in You. When fears arise, or trials come, help me cling to the hope You’ve provided through Christ. Let my faith be sure and steadfast, grounded in Your promises and love.

    PRAYER
“Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil...”
    HEBREWS 6:19
Dear Lord, Praise You for the hope of Your salvation. When our hearts feel adrift, like a boat tossed by the waves, You are an anchor for us. You are steadfast and trustworthy. This truth grounds me and keeps my anxious thoughts from consuming me. When the thoughts seem to dark, and the chaos seems too loud, would You steady me in You? Would You take my heart and mind captive and remind me of Your goodness? In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾
