    Welcome Wellness Warrior! As we learned in episode 130, so many struggle with loneliness this time of year. It's a complex feeling that can stem from many origins. And I think it's the ploy of the enemy, that he brings on full force at the Christmas season because we are literally celebrating GOD WITH US. We are never to feel alone again because Jesus came so we could be connected to him for eternity. BUT our human flesh is made to be connected to other humans. And when just one of those disconnections happens (again in a variety of ways) we can feel lonely. So again, with Christmas nearing or maybe you are listening after Christmas, let's sit with this name of Jesus, identity of Him as Emmanuel.
