Later that day, police were called to a residential area off Stephanie Street for reports of a burglary. The homeowners returned to find their back door forced open and several valuable items missing. Forensics teams collected evidence at the scene, and detectives are following up on leads.
On March 16, officers arrested two individuals in connection with a series of vehicle break-ins near Galleria Mall. The suspects were allegedly caught in the act of attempting to steal a car stereo. They face multiple charges of burglary and possession of burglary tools.
A domestic disturbance call on March 17 in the Green Valley area resulted in one arrest for alleged assault. The victim received medical treatment for minor injuries, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
