  • Intentional Forgiveness
    2025/07/26

In Episode 5, we go deeper into why forgiveness is a divine tool in the journey of intentional healing. The question before us is a spiritual one: Can we release those who failed to examine themselves—so we don’t have to carry what was never ours?

When we forgive, we make room for God to move. The cycle breaks. And grace meets us in our own moment of reflection.

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10

Forgiveness clears the heart for healing. Today uncovers the spiritual weight of releasing those who didn’t examine themselves—so you can walk freely into the grace prepared for your own.

God is just, and when you surrender the pain, He sends the help. 🕊️

  • Yes, But Let Me Explain Some Things!
    2025/07/19

Today’s episode is a divine response to the prayer we lifted in Episode 3, “Excuse Me Sir, Can I Give You These?”

When we choose to heal—truly heal—from a place of spiritual surrender rather than control, there are things we must release. This episode centers on what God requires of us first. He holds us accountable—not to punish, but to position us for transformation. And in His grace, He also holds Himself accountable, revealing the terms of the exchange between Him and us.

    That exchange begins with forgiveness.

Forgiveness is the first active step in the transformation process. It’s not easy—it’s often the most difficult step. Sometimes it takes years to embrace it fully, and even then, we’ll find ourselves returning to it again and again. Personally, I still have to go back to my knees, retreat to nature, or sit in silence to process forgiveness in new ways. Life brings trials, and healing uncovers layers—buried pain, old wounds—and each layer calls us back to forgiveness.

Every episode here carries weight in its own way. If this one feels heavy, pause it. Sit with it. Come back as many times as you need. I’m honored you continue to show up each week, walking this sacred, intentional journey of spiritual healing with me. You’re not alone.

  • Excuse Me Sir, Can I Give You These?

“This episode is a call back to who you truly are. As I open up my story, you may find yourself awakening to pieces of your own. This isn’t easy truth—it’s freeing truth. The kind that shakes foundations and breaks cycles. You were never meant to carry what the world or your past tried to name you. ‘You are a chosen, royal, and deeply loved ’ (1 Peter 2:9). So as you listen, I pray you remember who you are as you find your way to “Him”. Stay with me until the end—because there’s reminder and a sacred return waiting for you just to remind you that you’re worth it sis.”
