Your Nightly Prayer 🙏🏾 Jeremiah 7:7
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.”
JEREMIAH 7:7
DEVOTION
Based on Jeremiah 7
In this verse, God promises His people lasting security in the land He gave them—if they walk in obedience. He desires to bless and establish His people, not just temporarily but forever. Yet His blessings are tied to a relationship marked by faithfulness, not just outward religion.
This verse reminds us that God’s promises are often connected to our response. He longs to give us peace, purpose, and a place of belonging, but He also calls us to live in alignment with His will. Our faithfulness invites His enduring presence.
Take a moment tonight to reflect on your walk with God. Breathe out complacency and breathe in a renewed desire to live obediently. Ask Him to help you dwell in His promises through a faithful heart.
A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Praise God for His desire to bless and establish His people. Worship Him as the One who keeps His promises through generations.
CONFESSION: Reflect on times when you’ve honored God in appearance but not in heart. Confess any areas of disobedience or neglect in your relationship with Him.
THANKSGIVING: Thank God for His patience and the opportunity to return to Him. Express gratitude for His willingness to restore and bless those who seek Him.
SUPPLICATION: Father, align my heart with Your will. Teach me to live in a way that honors You daily. Let me dwell securely in Your presence, not just in blessings, but in a deep and faithful relationship with You.
PRAYER
“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.”
JEREMIAH 7:7
Dear Lord, We know that bliss follows those who trust and hope in You. Trials may come, and difficulty may arise, but those who focus on You will have relentless hope. Their courage will never die, for their source of strength lives evermore. Root us in that hope, Lord Jesus. Anchor us in the truth of Your salvation and the comfort of Your Spirit. As we take deep breaths, may the burdens of the world seem smaller and smaller compared to the wonderful love You offer. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏾
