DEVOTION
Based on Psalm 128
Tonight’s psalm reminds us of the blessings that flow from revering the Lord and walking in His ways. To fear the Lord is not about living in terror but living with reverence, awe, and love for Him. This reverence leads to obedience, and through obedience, we experience the fullness of His blessings in our lives.
Take a moment to reflect on how you’ve walked in His ways today. Breathe out distractions, and breathe in the joy of living under God’s care. Trust that as you honor Him, His blessings will flow into your life, bringing peace, provision, and purpose.
A.C.T.S. REFLECTION
ADORATION: Reflect on the greatness of God, whose ways are perfect and whose wisdom guides us in the path of blessing. Praise Him for His faithfulness to those who honor Him. Rejoice in the beauty of walking in harmony with His will and the peace it brings to your life.
CONFESSION: Consider the times when you’ve strayed from God’s ways or lived without reverence for Him. Bring those moments to Him in prayer, confessing your need for His forgiveness and guidance. Ask for His help in aligning your heart and actions with His will.
THANKSGIVING: Thank God for the blessings He pours into your life when you walk in His ways. Gratitude flows from recognizing His provision, peace, and protection. Thank Him for the joy and satisfaction that come from living in alignment with His Word.
SUPPLICATION: Father, I long to walk in Your ways and live in reverence for You. Help me to align my steps with Your will and to trust in the blessings that follow obedience. Teach me to fear You with a heart full of love and awe, and may Your peace rest upon me tonight and always.

Dear Lord, I know that there is no area of my life that should go unreached by Your power and grace. You desire for every facet of my life to reflect Your character. So, with that in mind, I pray that You would empower me in the small, everyday tasks to glorify You. Things as simple as dishes, taking kids to school, and Monday meetings can be opportunities to show the world Your character. Give me eyes to see those opportunities and conviction to act in accordance with Your will. May everything I do, in word or deed, be done in the name of my Lord Jesus. In Jesus’ name, Amen.🙏🏾
