Welcome back to another More than Runner episode! In this episode we debrief our recent 19 mile run as we enter peak weeks of training for the London Marathon 2025.
We don't usually do our training together, but we joined forces to tackle the 19 miles. Join us for another chatty episode where there's a LOT of food and fuelling discussion, but maybe most importantly our biggest learnings to help us strategise for race day for the London Marathon.
