    Jenny Kontos niched her marketing agency, Hillhouse Creative, in 2021 to only serve established nonprofit clients and this streamlined many of her business development activities and focused her team.

    In this coaching session, I surprise Jenny by suggesting she position her business further by SPECIALIZING her services with a signature offer.

    We discuss the pros and cons of this shift, strategies for client acquisition, and the importance of maintaining long-term client relationships plus best next steps.
