    Marc Fitzwater, a retired Green Beret with 23 years in the U.S. Army (16 in Special Forces), served in high-stakes roles across Central and South America, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Eastern Europe. He held key leadership positions, including Team Sergeant of a modern Jedburgh Team and NCOIC of FIRES for the 10th Special Forces Group, overseeing JTAC training. Marc also worked at the strategic level with SOCNORTH, coordinating Special Operations and interagency efforts. Academically, he holds a Mathematics degree and a Master’s in International Relations.
