Detective John Gammon Series 2

In this first book of the second series we find John Gammon embroiled in series of murders on the run up to the Christmas period. John Gammon is in a pensive mood unsure of the present and even more unsure of his future.

The follow-up to The Poet and the Calling Card. In this book, we find John Gammon unsure who he can trust and why all this is happening.

Gammon feels mounting pressure with the murder count going up. Follow John Gammon in his career and social life, the up and downs in both. Gammon is a good detective, but recognition from his peers is slow in arriving due to his maverick approach.

Detective Inspector John Gammon is involved in another serial killer case. With his private life quite messy, the cleanup results of previous cases under scrutiny by his peers. Gammon needs to get his private and professional life back on track. Maybe that could mean leaving the Peak District to try and get his career back to the high standard before he came back to the Peak District.

DI John Gammon meets a cross road in his personal life. With murder cases still outstanding in his professional life Gammon is concerned. These are testing times for our hero.
