In Doing It: Let's Talk About Sex, straight-talking Hannah tackles everything from masturbation and puberty to slut shaming and consent.

An advocate for mental health and promoting a healthy relationship with food, Ruby published her third book, Eat Up: Food, Appetite and Eating What You Want, in 2018. Ruby Tandoh talks to us about getting carried away recording the audiobook, avoiding moralising around food, and where the conversation on mental health needs to go next.
