"The Villain Who Forgot to Be Bad" is a comedy full of absurd situations and endearing characters that show us that the line between good and evil can be funnier than we think. Vicente, a villain in training, grows up dreaming of instilling terror, but his life is full of comic failures: his malevolent laugh sounds tender, his plans always fail and his "dark" companion is a fish called Neptune. Through encounters with other equally unfortunate "villains", failed attempts at evil and ridiculous situations, Vicente discovers that, perhaps, being feared is not as important as making people laugh.
