Hello Beautiful People,

I’m Your Host Dreme.

I’m a Black woman, an educator turned tech entrepreneur but still an educator. Building a platform called THE CHAIR is a Black and Brown centered tech platform dedicated to supporting people on their hair journey. You can design hairboards, connect to hair stylists, and share hair care tips all in one space for a more joyous and streamlined experience. I built THE CHAIR Podcast to highlight hair journeys. A reminder to keep creating magic. As people sit in THE CHAIR you will get more than just hair stories. You will be immersed into experiences surrounding education, entrepreneurship, and identity. I hope you enjoy listening to my stories and the stories of my guests as we sit in THE CHAIR.

Mike Ventresca is a 5th grade elementary school teacher. He has taught for 9 years so far and continues to work to become a better teacher everyday. 6 of those years have been in Massachusetts (1 of those years at a charter school) and 3 years internationally.

He is not a regular user of social media.
