I didn't do much prep work this week, so it's a short one. I talk briefly about Apple Music, and making conscious choices about what music to listen to; and colouring in a colouring book instead of scrolling mindlessly on social media.

Today I talk about the recent snowfall, the PWHL game I went to featuring the Ottawa Charge & Montreal Victoire (and feel like an old man ranting about the loud music), and how I much prefer the British version of Harry Potter books.

The music is recorded from the National Film Board short Gone Curling. The bit at the end about fast forwarding to the end of the tape? That's from Side A of the cassette version of the album "Into the Great Wide Open" by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers.
