Have you ever been lost or have you ever lost a child somewhere? I know I have and it wasn't a very fun feeling. But also I think sometimes we don't know we are lost and we need others to help us know that there is more. Not that we were necessarily doing anything wrong but that there is more and we can feel and know a Higher Joy. I hope as you listen that you can feel the love of our Savior and you are never to lost from him.

What does rejoicing in Christ look like? There are many responses of how many people rejoice in Christ. But one way that I know how to rejoice in Jesus Christ is sharing what I know about him. Take a listen and think about ways you can rejoice in Christ.

This is reflection episode of the power of what one friend can do for you. To have good friends yon need to be a good friend yourself, and if we don't make time for friends then we won't have any. Is Heavenly Father your creator your friend? Is your Savior your friend? Lets pause and reflect on our relationships.

We are all going through hard things but when we are able to put just in a little bit of effort into helping or serving others that it really does matter. Also, this is a good self reflection episode where we sometimes have to take a look at ourselves and see what changes we need to make, and make sure we are aren't interrupting the plan that God has in store for us.

Its fun to look back over the last 14 years and see that I have been preparing and being tutored this whole time. I have a better understanding of people and learning to communicate effectively. I am still a work in progress but I have had moments of clarity and peace as I am able to be present with people in the moment to help them feel seen.
