In this video podcast it features a Valentine edition. Tony talks about Love and why many people feel sad at this time. With all the Valentine cards, flowers, chocolate and heart-shaped balloons why are we still feeling like something is missing? Love is war they say and Spirit gives a nice example of how to look at this from a healthy perspective.

Spirit offers a new way to look at Valentines so it becomes empowering and sustainable. This is a great episode. Discover more in this podcast.
