I do believe life calls us home into moments of silence and isolation for reflection and redirection.

Having recently sat in the stillness of my own silence I speak on how hard it can be to release control and surrender.

If life has been screaming at you for attention, lean in and listen because your silence always follows the storm and it is through your silence the answers you seek will be revealed.

This isn't what I thought my Christmas would look like...
Today we discuss how our vision for the holiday doesn't always line up with our reality. How the people in our lives change and how we change as we heal, learn and growth within our individual journeys, the people who once we looked to for comfort and love may no longer be there. How the external validation of that dinner invite can not replace self-love and if we drop the victim mentality, own our stories and commit to our individual journeys we will see true gift is within.
