When The Omen hit theaters, it became a huge box office success, setting a precedent for future horror films for years to come and spawning many sequels. Unbeknownst to fans around the world, the film had many set backs during filming, and it became clear that someone (or something) didn't want The Omen to be released at all. With obvious ecidence of both supernatural and even demonic forces at play, this became known as "the Omen Curse".

The Jamison Family, comprised of Bobby, Sherrilynn and their daughter, Madyson, packed up their truck on the morning of October 8th, 2009, and left their family home in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Intending to look at a property located in the San Bois Mountains, the family seemingly disappeared, leaving only their abandoned truck. Four years later, their bodies were found a mere 3 miles from where their truck had been found, but the suspicious manner of their deaths leave many questions unanswered.
