このコンテンツについて

Founded in 2023, Theoretikally R&B (TRNB) is the passion project of longtime college friends. Commonly described as a safe space for R&B, TRNB provides the opportunity to immerse in deep discussion around the soulful sounds, artistry and culture of the genre. Much more than a podcast, Theoretikally R&B is a community dedicated to creating a place to listen, laugh, and learn about all things rhythm and blues. We invite all to join us as we examine and embrace the instruments, artists, and lyrics that define R&B. For Us, R&B music is our love language. We welcome all to communicate with us fluently, consistently and intentionally in this space. All rights reserved 音楽

  • Theoretikally R&B: Talk to Me. Episode 63
    2025/06/19

On this week of Theoretikally R&B, we discuss music with a "soul rap". Songs that speak to you literally and figuratively! Hit play and let Barry lure you in with his Baritone or listen as Lenny Williams cries about missing the love of his life. No matter the rap, these songs are both verbal and musical stand alones.

  • Theoretikally R&B. Forget me Nots. Episode 61
    2025/06/05

Great songs can never be erased! On this episode of Theoretikally R&B, we rediscover some classic songs over the years that many of us have forgotten. Shifts in how we hear music has allowed some of our biggest hits to get lost in the cracks in pavements of the different avenues of music. Whether it's Bill Withers' 'Use me' or Jeremih's 'Oui', songs through the decades get lost with so much music released every year. Hopefully we remind you of some of the best jams over the history of R&B.
