You will get to listen to a raw self as he navigates and discovers the impact of trauma (childhood, occupational, relational, etc.) as it relates to his mental health and his interactions with others. We do deep dives into personal and vulnerable spots that are many times universal in the human experience and his hope is to show you that starting from a place of vulnerability and emotionality is courageous and not a symptom of weakness.
