  • Pat Boone is back, Pope Francis died, King Charles references Islam in Easter message
    2025/04/22
It’s Tuesday, April 22nd, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson Pope Francis, who affirmed homosexual ideology, has died Hebrews 9:27 says, “It is appointed once for man to die, and after that the judgment.” The Roman Catholic Pope Francis died Monday of a stroke and heart failure, reports The Epoch Times. He was 88 years old. Francis was not shy to enter into international politics. The pope had recently stated that the Trump administration policies removing illegal immigrants would “end badly.” He had also approved of the Vatican policy allowing church blessings for homosexual couples living in unnatural relations one with another. And he made numerous comments publicly lauding those who advocate LGBT ideology. Francis will also be remembered for his signing over the installation of Catholic bishopsin China to the Communist Government. The deal was first signed in 2018, and then renewed in 2020, 2022, and 2024. U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo commented on the travesty, stating that “It’s clear that the Sino-Vatican agreement has not shielded Catholics from the Party’s depredations, to say nothing of the Party’s horrific treatment of Christians.” King Charles references Islam in his “Easter message” Sadly, the King of England took opportunity in his “Easter message” to refer to Judaism and Islam, instead of representing the Christian faith, reports The Christian Post. Referring to Jesus, King Charles said, “The love He showed when He walked the Earth reflected the Jewish ethic of caring for the stranger and those in need, a deep human instinct echoed in Islam and other religious traditions, and in the hearts of all who seek the good of others.” Ostensibly, King Charles III is the head of the English Anglican Church. No wonder the Disciples of Christ tweeted, “King Charles is neglecting his role as Defender of the Faith.” UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, an atheist, was a little more encouraging to Christians in his Easter message, referencing the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as “a story of hope, redemption and renewal.” He also referred sympathetically with “Christians facing hardship, persecution or conflict around the world who cannot celebrate freely.” Supreme Court: Can parents opt kids out of LGBT propaganda? The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments today from parents in Maryland concerning the public school ban on their opting out their kids on storybook readings on homosexual pride parades, gender transitions, and drag queens, reports USA Today. Mostly Muslim and Christian parents have wanted to opt their children out. Colorado set to punish parents for objecting to kid’s gender transition The Colorado State House has approved what may be the worst bill in the nation. The current legislative wording is geared to criminalize parents for disagreeing with their children on gender identity, compel speech, and punish those who hold faith-based or scientific beliefs about sex and gender, reports The Gospel Coalition. Specifically, Colorado liberal legislators could punish a parent guilty of “deadnaming” which is using the transgender child’s birth name or “misgendering” which is using pronouns that align with the child’s actual biological sex. The legislators describe these actions as forms of “coercive control” which would be considered threatening or intimidating behaviors that courts could consider when determining child custody. Republican Rep. Chris Richardson spoke out against the bill. RICHARDSON: “This is not protecting children, it's weaponizing the courts against parents. This would allow a parent who may be navigating an incredibly complex and emotional issue with their child to lose custody for not affirming a gender identity they may not understand.” Last week, pastors gathered at the capital to protest the bill. Leaders included Pastors Matt Patrick of The Well Church in Boulder, Chris Goble of Ridgeline Community Church in Castle Rock, and Matt Johnson of BRAVE Church in Englewood. The bill is heading for the Democrat-dominated Colorado Senate for approval. Will pastors stand in the gap? Ezekial 22:30 reads of impending judgment: “And I sought for a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the breach before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found none.” Is Colorado the most anti-gun state? Colorado is also poised to become the most anti-gun state in America. Indeed, 12 bills restricting gun rights have already passed. The state legislature is considering a record 18 more anti-gun bills this season, which would further restrict gun rights, as monitored by the Rocky Mountain Gunowners Association. • Supreme Court blocks deportation of illegal Venezuelans, New law criminalizes praying with someone about gender & sexuality identity, Texas House greenlights $210 million to support pregnant women
    2025/04/21
It’s Monday, April 21st, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus New law criminalizes praying with someone about gender, sexuality identity On April 4, the Australian state of New South Wales began enforcing a new law criminalizing anti-conversion therapy, which now includes praying with someone about their gender or sexual identity and even encouraging abstinence for homosexual Christians, reports International Christian Concern. On the website “Anti-Discrimination New South Wales,” a government body that administers and investigates anti-discrimination, they note that “praying with or over a person with the intent to change or suppress their sexuality or gender identify is unlawful … even if that person has asked you to pray for them to be able to change or suppress their sexuality or gender identity.” The law – known as the New South Wales’s Conversion Practices Ban Act 2024 -- is part of a trend of laws that seek to outlaw so-called “conversion therapy,” the clinical practice of helping someone embrace their God-given sexuality and gender. What makes the law different is how broadly “conversion therapy” is defined beyond a traditional clinical setting. In an interview with The Washington Stand, Arielle Del Turco, director of the Center for Religious Liberty at the Family Research Council, said, “This is a terrible new law in this Australian state, and they aren’t even trying to hide it. According to the state government’s own admission from their website, this law will prevent a pastor or any believer from praying with someone who is asking for prayer for freedom from gender identity issues.” Genesis 1:27 says, "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." Italy’s top court scraps ‘mother’ and ‘father’ on ID cards Italy’s Supreme Court of Cassation has restored the use of “Parent 1” and “Parent 2” on Italian ID cards because it deemed that calling parents ‘father’ and ‘mother’ is discriminatory against homosexual couples, reports the European Conservative. To her credit, conservative Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni had announced the return of the terms “father” and “mother” on identity documents back in 2023. Supreme Court blocks deportation of illegal Venezuelans On Saturday, the Supreme Court temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deporting an unspecified number of illegal Venezuelan men, currently in immigration custody, who are alleged to be members of a criminal gang, reports The Epoch Times. The order was issued after the American Civil Liberties Union filed an emergency request on behalf of its Venezuelan clients late on April 18 asking the Supreme Court to immediately block the Trump administration from deporting the clients. On March 14th, President Donald Trump signed Proclamation 10903, in which he officially declared that Tren de Aragua, a designated foreign terrorist organization, “is perpetrating, attempting, and threatening an invasion or predatory incursion against the territory of the United States.” The president invoked the Alien Enemies Act to authorize the “immediate apprehension, detention, and removal” of members of the group who are Venezuelan citizens 14 years of age or older and who are not U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. Democrats want to visit El Salvador’s prison housing deported illegals Democrats in both chambers of Congress are working to organize delegations to El Salvador to see the prison where President Trump is sending these violent illegal immigrants. Initially, El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele built the prison in 2022 as part of a response to surging gang violence in El Salvador, according to National Public Radio. Each cell can fit 65 to 70 prisoners, and the prison has a capacity of 40,000 inmates. Trump asked Bukele to build five identically-sized prisons to receive more violent illegal immigrants from America. The deported Venezuelan illegals are living in the same conditions as convicted gangsters. Democrat Representatives Delia Ramirez (D-Ill.), Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) and Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) as well as Democrat Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) are the politicians who want to fly to El Salvador. However, House Homeland Security Committee chair Mark Green, a Republican from Tennessee, said he wouldn't grant their request, reports Axios. CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings explained that this kind of move by the Democrats is why they only have a 21% approval rating by the American public. JENNINGS: “First of all, I'm more than happy to hear the Congressman say they're all going to El Salvador. I think for Republicans, this just confirms what we have believed about the Democratic Party and why it currently has a...

  • 2 killed, 6 wounded at Florida State Univ. shooting; IL bill hostile to homeschooling dies; Chinese Communists sentence Christians for Bible distribution
    2025/04/18
It’s Good Friday, April 18th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) Chinese Communists sentence Christians for Bible distribution Chinese Communists gave nine Christians prison sentences and large fines for re-selling and distributing Bibles in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia located in North China, reports International Christian Concern. On April 10th, the religious freedom magazine Bitter Winter reported their prison sentences were four years long and their fines ranged from $68 to more than $136,000. The sentences stem from charges and arrests in 2021, where the Christians bought legally published Bibles in Nanjing but ended up re-selling and distributing them at much lower prices as they wanted to share God’s Word as a means of evangelism. These Chinese Christians will be inspired by 2 Corinthians 4:16-17. It says, “Therefore, we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.” Salvadoran President: Deported man will not be sent back to US When Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele came to the White House on April 14th, CNN host Kaitlan Collins asked a question about an illegal alien El Salvadoran man from Maryland, named Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who had been deported back to his country on March 15th. TRUMP: “Let's hear the question from this very low rated anchor.” COLLINS: “Do you plan to return him?” To be clear, Garcia was arrested in Baltimore, Maryland on March 12 by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Attorney General Pam Bondi explained that he is a member of MS-13, a gang, which Trump has now designated a terrorist organization. BONDI: “In 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled that he was a member of MS-13 and he was illegally in our country.” In response to Kaitlan Collins’ question, Salvadoran President Bukele laughed, reports The Epoch Times. BUKELE: “The question is preposterous. How could I smuggle a terrorist to the United States? I don't have the power to return him to the United States.” Later, outside the White House, Stephen Miller, Trump’s Deputy Chief of Staff, schooled reporters who seem to be more concerned with illegal alien MS-13 gang members than they are with the laws of our country. MILLER: “A judge has said he must be deported from the country. He has no right to remain here any longer. He must be removed from the country. So, his only options are to be deported to his home country or another country. That's it. There's no other option. He doesn't get to stay here. He doesn't get to live here. He has no future here. He has no right to be here. He's an illegal alien. “So, when you keep saying ‘return’ because you've been spun up by the Open Borders advocates, you all seem to be operating under the illusion that he would be able to come to United States and just continue to live here illegally. That's not an option available to him. His only choices in life are to live in El Salvador or to live in another country. That's it. There's no other option, legally or otherwise, because he came to our country illegally. Do you understand that?” Trump administration examines negative impacts over "transgendering" The Trump administration ordered the National Institutes of Health to study the effects of so-called “gender transitioning.” A leaked memo indicates the agency must investigate the “chemical and surgical mutilation” of children and adults. In particular, the Trump administration wants to identify negative impacts on physical and mental health caused by such practices. The investigation will also look into “regret and detransition” by people who have pretended to be the opposite sex. Trump hosted an Easter prayer service On Wednesday night, President Donald Trump hosted an Easter prayer service dinner at the White House, reports The Associated Press. He affirmed the ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Listen. TRUMP: “Nearly 2,000 years ago, during the sacred week, the living Son of God entered Jerusalem in triumph. Soon after, the Savior of mankind, who brought truth and light into the world, was betrayed, arrested and tried, beaten and nailed to a cross and crucified. “For our sake, He gave up His life and, as the very great Reverend Billy Graham once said, ‘God proved His love on the cross. When Christ hung and bled and died, it was God saying to the world, ‘I love you.’ “The death and resurrection of Jesus are the essence of the Christian faith. Whether rich or poor, healthy or sick, young or old, or in times of peace or war, Christians everywhere find solace and hope in the knowledge that Christ died for them and that they could be united with Him in Heaven. And that's what we want....

  • South African police rescue kidnapped missionary, Australian judge protects boy from being “transitioned,” 27% of American adults say God does not exist
    2025/04/17
It’s Thursday, April 17th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark South African police rescue kidnapped missionary Praise God! Police in South Africa rescued a U.S. missionary from his kidnappers on Monday. Pastor Josh Sullivan, age 34, was preaching at Fellowship Baptist Church in South Africa’s Eastern Cape province last Thursday. That’s when four masked gunmen broke into the church, dragged him out of the pulpit, and took him hostage in front of his wife and children. They demanded a ransom. Providentially, police were able to locate him and engaged in a shootout with the kidnappers, killing three of them. Sullivan was found inside the same car that the kidnappers were in, but he was "miraculously unharmed.” Before Sullivan had been rescued WBIR, Channel 10 in Knoxville, Tennessee interviewed Sullivan’s father-in-law, David Witt. He knew that Sullivan would rely on Christ in the midst of his captivity. WITT: “There's no way I can imagine going through this without Jesus, Christ.” Remarkably, he was convinced that his son-in-law would share the Good News with his kidnappers. WITT: “Giving them the Gospel. The greatest thing that could ever happen is for one of those kidnappers to get saved.” The missionary’s father-in-law explained that all Christians should emulate the heart of Christ on the cross. WITT: “He said, ‘Forgive them, for they know not what they do.’ And we have to forgive the people that kidnapped our son-in-law because they don't know either.” Please keep Pastor Josh Sullivan, his family, and church in your prayers. Psalm 146:7 says it is God “who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets the prisoners free.” U.K. Supreme Court affirms two biological sexes Yesterday, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom ruled that a person’s sex is based on biology. The case began in 2018 when the Scottish government allowed the definition of “woman” to include men pretending to be women. Women’s rights groups challenged the decision, going all the way to the U.K. Supreme Court. The high court’s ruling keeps men, pretending to be women, out of spaces intended for women. This includes women-only changing rooms, homeless shelters, swimming areas, and medical or counseling services. Australian judge protects boy from being “transitioned” In Australia, a family court judge has ruled to protect a child from transgender drugs. Judge Andrew Strum recently awarded custody of a 12-year-old boy to his father. The father opposed attempts by the mother to put the boy on puberty blockers. She had been grooming him to pretend to be a girl since age 6. The judge noted, “I do not accept that the child, at this age . . . can properly understand the implications and potential risks of puberty blockers.” The ruling is the first of its kind against transgenderism in the country. Appearing on Sky News, Chris Merritt, the Legal Affairs Contributor for The Australian, was grateful that the judge protected this 12-year-old boy from puberty blockers. MERRITT: “Had the father believed the misdiagnosis his former wife had received that their son had suffered from gender dysphoria, there would be no role for the federal circuit and Family Court. There's a precedent that makes it clear that if both parents agree about a course of gender blocking treatment, it will go ahead without any further involvement of the court. But in this particular case, because the father objected, it found its way into court.” The legal analyst was especially appalled by the dramatic lack of evidence presented by the medical experts which would warrant attempting to feminize this boy through puberty blockers and estrogen supplements. MERRITT: “When the medical experts were subjected to a bit of cross examination and their evidence was tested quite rigorously, over a long period, huge flaws emerged. Some obvious causes of the boy's gender confusion were not pursued. If we've got a misdiagnosis in this case, based on what the judge said was evidence infected with ideology rather than facts, there could be other cases like this.” Arkansas protects kids from being placed with homosexual couples Arkansas Republican Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed the Keep Kids First Act into law last Thursday. The law protects Christian adoption agencies from having to place children in homes that go against their religious beliefs. In essence, they can bypass homes featuring homosexual couples. The measures also protect such agencies from being targeted by the government for their beliefs. Greg Chafuen with Alliance Defending Freedom celebrated the new law. He said, “Arkansas has taken the critical step to pass . . . the Keep Kids First Act, which prioritizes the well-being of kids by prohibiting state and local ...

  • Archeologists unearthed first Christian hymn captured in new film, Trump freezes $2.2 billion from Harvard over antisemitism, Hungary bans events that celebrate sexual perversion
    2025/04/16
It’s Wednesday, April 16th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Christian lawyer highlights persecution of Christians in Egypt A lawyer with Alliance Defending Freedom International visited Egypt recently to highlight the persecution of Christians there. The country is about 10% Christian. That’s the largest Christian minority in the Middle East and North Africa. However, believers often face persecution from the Muslim majority. Christians suffer employment discrimination, false accusations of blasphemy against Muhammad, sexual violence, and even bombing campaigns. Elizabeth Brink with Alliance Defending Freedom noted, “Yet, in the face of such hardship, the courage and resilience of Egypt’s Christian community are a powerful testament to the enduring hope of the Gospel.” Egypt is ranked 40th on the Open Doors’ World Watch List of nations where it is most difficult to be a Christian. Hungary bans events that celebrate sexual perversion On Monday, lawmakers in Hungary passed a constitutional amendment to ban events that celebrate sexually perverted lifestyles. The amendment also recognizes only two sexes: male and female. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán supported the legislation, saying, “We won't let woke ideology endanger our kids. … We're protecting children's development, affirming that a person is born either male or female.” Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” Trump freezes $2.2 billion from Harvard over antisemitism In the United States, the Trump administration is taking on Harvard University. The U.S. Department of Education announced Monday that it is freezing $2.2 billion in multi-year grants and $60 million in multi-year contract value to Harvard. This came after Harvard refused to comply with demands from the Trump administration. Those demands included ending its diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and screening students for issues like terrorism and anti-Semitism. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke with passion at the press briefing. LEAVITT: “The President made it clear to Harvard, ‘Follow federal law. No longer break Title VI, which was passed by Congress, to ensure no student can be discriminated against on the basis of race, and you will receive federal funding. “Unfortunately, Harvard has not taken the President, the administration's demands seriously. “All the President is asking, ‘Don't break federal law, and then you can have your federal funding.’ “I think the President is also begging a good question. More than $2 billion out the door to Harvard when they have a more than $50 billion endowment. Why are the American taxpayers subsidizing a university that has billions of dollars in the bank already? And we certainly should not be funding a place where such grave antisemitism exists.” Kansas pro-life legislature overrode pro-abort governor’s vetoes Republican lawmakers in Kansas overrode vetoes from Democrat Governor Laura Kelly last Thursday to pass several bills related to unborn children. One bill recognizes children as dependents from conception for child support programs. The second bill requires public school courses on human development or sexuality to include the development of a baby in the womb. And the third bill provides millions of dollars in funding for pro-life pregnancy centers. Christian statesman new Ambassador-at-Large for religious freedom Last Thursday, President Donald Trump nominated Mark Walker as the U.S. Ambassador-At-Large for International Religious Freedom. Walker served as a U.S. House Representative for North Carolina’s 6th congressional district from 2015 to 2021. Before working in politics, he served in pastoral roles at churches in Florida and North Carolina for 16 years. Listen to his advocacy of religious liberty not only here in America, but worldwide from the floor of the U.S. House back on July 24, 2015. WALKER: “Our commitment to allow people to live out their religious values, without fear of discrimination, is really the cornerstone that developed our country into a force for freedom. “But this liberty isn't just an American right. It should be a foundational element for all people groups. Ronald Reagan said it best. He said, ‘The most essential element of our defense of freedom is our insistence on speaking out for the cause of religious liberty.’” Walker thanked Trump in a post on X. He wrote, “I'll be relentless in fighting for those targeted who dare to live out their faith. I'm grateful to my beautiful wife and family for their support. May God provide the path and may we have the courage to follow.” More Millennials are reading their Bibles The American Bible Society released the first chapter ...

Fewer Europeans traveling to United States Europeans are more reticent to travel to the United States. The numbers have dropped by 17% in March, year over year. This represents the largest decline since the COVID-19 pandemic. More Gen Z men profess faith in Christ Here are more surprising numbers coming from the Barna Group. Since 2019, the percentage of Gen Z young men who profess to be committed to Jesus has increased by 19%. Sadly, the metric is not improving for young women. Numbers remain “mostly flat in their commitment levels to Jesus.” Let’s remember Paul’s words in 1 Corinthians 16:22. “If anyone has no love for the Lord, let him be accursed. Our Lord, come!” United Kingdom bill would curtail home schooling The U.K. House of Lords has scheduled a second reading for an education bill that is set to curtail homeschooling. The law would require homeschooling parents to submit an extensive curriculum plan, along with other stipulations. Gold up; Nasdaq and Bitcoin down Gold continues its rise. • U.S. missionary abducted at gunpoint, White House Press Secretary prays to Jesus before briefing, China raises duties on US goods to 125%
    2025/04/14
It’s Monday, April 14th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus U.S. missionary abducted at gunpoint while preaching in South Africa Josh Sullivan, a U.S. Baptist missionary, was kidnapped at gunpoint as he preached Thursday evening at Fellowship Baptist Church in Motherwell, South Africa, reports International Christian Concern. According to police, four masked gunmen entered the church late last night during a prayer meeting with about 30 attendees. The assailants stole two cell phones before abducting the 45-year-old pastor and taking him in his own vehicle, a silver Toyota 4Runner. The car was later found abandoned about a mile from the church. A husband and father of six, Sullivan has been a missionary in South Africa since 2018. Sullivan and his family are members of Fellowship Baptist Church, an independent Baptist church in Maryville, Tennessee, where Sullivan has been on staff. His wife and children are among those who witnessed the kidnapping. Here at The Worldview, we’re reminded of the inspiring words of Christ following Peter’s bold affirmation. In Caesarea Phillipi, Peter said that Christ was “the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” That’s when Jesus said in Matthew 16:18, that upon that revelation, He would build His church, and “the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Join me and pray that the Lord would honor Josh Sullivan’s preaching and safely restore him to his family. China raises duties on US goods to 125% Last Friday, China hiked its tariffs on imports of U.S. goods to 125%, hitting back at Donald Trump's decision to single out the world's No.2 economy for higher duties, while dismissing the U.S. president's tariff strategy as "a joke," reports Reuters. Investors had been waiting to see how Beijing would respond to Trump's move on Wednesday to effectively raise tariffs on Chinese goods to 145% while announcing a 90-day pause on tariffs on dozens of other countries' goods. Last year, China purchased $150 billion of U.S. goods. White House Press Secretary prays to Jesus before briefing White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is the youngest person to ever serve the president in that capacity at the age of 27. Not only is she an articulate champion for President Donald Trump and the “Make America Great Again” agenda, but she is also an unashamed follower of Jesus Christ. Listen to this simple, powerful, and unapologetic prayer to her Savior just moments before she walks into the lions’ den of the White House Press Briefing. LEAVITT: “Lord Jesus, please give us the strength, the knowledge, the ability to articulate our words, have fun, and be confident. In Jesus’ name, Amen.” Gone are the days that a lesbian God-hater stands at that podium. Judge: Columbia University activist Mahmoud Khalil can be deported Last Friday, an immigration judge in Louisiana ruled that Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil can be deported from America because he is a national security risk following his pro-Hamas demonstrations at Columbia, reports the Associated Press. Immigration Judge Jamee Comans gave the green light to the Trump administration’s desire to deport Khalil. Without such deportation, the government contended that his presence posed “potentially serious foreign policy consequences.” Colorado Governor signs anti-gun law Democratic Colorado Governor Jared Polis, a self-professed homosexual who has entered into a faux marriage with his “husband,” has dealt a heavy blow to Coloradans’ Second Amendment freedom by signing Senate Bill 3 into law, reports the Colorado State Shooting Association. This oppressive permit-to-purchase scheme is a direct attack on their Second Amendment rights, afflicting Coloradans with bureaucratic hurdles to block their God-given liberties, President George Washington declared, “The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference—they deserve a place of honor with all that's good.” RFK, Jr vows to know causes of autism epidemic by September As he sat in Trump’s Cabinet meeting, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. spoke to the autism epidemic and what he proposed to do about it. KENNEDY: “The autism rates have gone from one in 31 from one in 10,000 when I was a kid. At your direction, by September, we will know what has caused the autism epidemic.” Kennedy noted that HHS has “launched a massive testing and research effort that’s going to involve hundreds of scientists from around the world.” Once they have identified the causes, hopefully by September, HHS will advocate for the elimination of those exposures. It’s Friday, April 11th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I’m Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus 60 Christians slain in Nigerian genocide On April 2nd and 3rd, Fulani Muslim terrorists killed more than 60 Christians in Plateau State, Nigeria in what the governor called a “genocide,” reports The Christian Post. Maren Aradong, a community leader, said the attacks were carried out against seven Christian communities in Bokkos County, including Hurti village, where more than 40 Christians were slain. He told Morning Star News, “More than 1,000 Christians were displaced [in Hurti] during the attacks, and 383 houses were destroyed by these bandits.” Pastor Ayuba Matawal, who ministers in the Bokkos area, added, “Many of these attacks result in mass burials. The sight of numerous corpses and the frequent need to conduct mass burials is something no minister wishes to experience, yet it has become our reality.” Matthew 25:41 describes the final punishment of these evil murderers. Jesus will say to those on His left, “Depart from Me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.” According to Open Doors, Nigeria is the seventh most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Supreme Court rules Trump must bring El Salvadoran back to U.S. On Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a judge’s order requiring the Trump administration to facilitate the return to the United States of a Salvadoran man whom the government has acknowledged was deported in error to El Salvador, reports NewsNation. On April 4th, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis, an Obama appointee, issued an order that the White House “facilitate and effectuate” the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, in response to a lawsuit filed by the man’s family challenging the legality of his deportation. What Trump thought during Butler assassination attempt On July 13, 2024, we all know that candidate Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania at a campaign rally. We know the shooter was 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks who fired eight rounds from an AR-15 style rifle from the rooftop of a nearby building. If Trump had not turned at the moment he did to reference a power point slide on the screen, he would have been killed instantly. Instead, in God’s providence, one of the bullets only nicked his upper right ear. Salena Zito, a Washington Examiner reporter, wrote a forthcoming book, entitled Butler: The Untold Story of the Near Assassination of Donald Trump and the Fight for America's Heartland. She said, “I was just feet away the day history was nearly changed. My book dives into what happened, my conversations with Trump and how deeply it changed him.” Appearing on The Glenn Beck Program, Zito shared some information that was previously unknown. ZITO: “Before he said, ‘Fight, fight, fight,’ I could see him. He says, ‘USA!’ twice. He's still on the ground. And then I see him turn and get up and say, ‘Fight, fight, fight.’” BECK: “Wow!” ZITO: “And so we talked about that, and I said, ‘Why?’ And he said, ‘Well, Salena, at that moment, I wasn't Donald Trump, even though I wasn't president yet again, I had once been President. “I had an obligation to show that the country is strong, that we will not be defeated, and that we are resolute. I did not want to be the symbol of America being weak." BECK: “Geez! That is in you. That is either in you or not in you. And it's in very few people!” White House cancels Social Security numbers of illegals The Trump administration is using a new tool to motivate illegals to “self-deport.” Their Social Security numbers have been effectively cancelled, reports The New York Times. The goal is to cut those people off from using crucial financial services like bank accounts and credit cards, along with their access to government benefits. In essence, the Trump administration is repurposing Social Security’s “death master file.” For years, Social Security tracked dead people. Now, they want to include the names of living people whom the government believes should be treated as if they are dead. Being blacklisted in this manner would make it difficult to make money, and thus prompt the illegals to self deport. The initial names are limited to people the administration says are illegals who are convicted criminals and “suspected terrorists.” But officials said the effort could broaden to include other illegals as well. New York City tourist helicopter crashes into Hudson River A tourist helicopter, carrying family members from Spain, plunged into the Hudson River in New York City at 3:17pm Thursday, killing six, including three children, reports ABC News. WITNESS 1: “It sounded like a sonic boom on my right. So, I look up and literally, I see a helicopter splitting in two, with the rotor flying off in the sky. It...
