She discussed how these experiences led her to empower herself through painting and coaching. Jenifer described her methodologies, including compassionate inquiry and internal family systems, emphasizing the importance of listening deeply to oneself and trusting the process. Jenifer’s inspiring story showcases the transformative power of grief, self-trust, and authentic living. About Jenifer: Jenifer Walsh is a trauma informed somatic coach who is also informed in Compassionate Inquiry and Internal Family Systems, an author and an artist in the Chicagoland area. She has been a mental health advocate for over 20 years and has four children, one who is diagnosed with autism, the other has a serious mental illness diagnosis. She is currently seeing clients, published her first book and recently showed her paintings at a local art gallery. Recently she put to use all the tools of her trauma work through the ending of her 27-year relationship. She works with clients with mother wounds and those coming out of difficult relationships.
