Moalie Jose, PE, is on a mission to change that — in her home city of Baltimore, but also more broadly, as her story will surely resonate with many. In addition to being a Senior Associate at Hazen and Sawyer, Moalie is a Board Member and the Audit Committee Chair at Maryland Environmental Service. It is in this latter capacity that she has helped to bring mentoring and internships to the youth of the community, creating a win-win for the participants and the industry in terms of creating a passion for water and a pipeline for future labor.
