HC Matt Rhule and the Nebraska Cornhuskers will battle HC Bill O'Brien and the Boston College Eagles in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl in New York City at Yankee Stadium on December 28, 2024, at 10am MST on ABC. The Huskers played at the old Yankee Stadium in the 1962 Gotham Bowl defeating Miami 36 to 34. This was the Cornhuskers first bowl game victory and led to years of consecutive bowl game appearances through 2016 and five national titles. The Husker fan's feeling of deja vu turned into a nightmare reality as the Iowa Hawkeyes defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers 13 to 10, the same score and walk-off field goal following a late turnover as last year. The video shows those moments from 2023 and 2024. Hard to believe it could happen two years in a row. Truly the thing of nightmares...

We also discuss the controversy surrounding the game with Iowa placing security around their midfield logo which forced the Huskers to move their pregame prayer and Nebraska captains refusing to shake hands at the coin toss. Other news includes Offensive Coordinator Dana Holgorsen signing a two year deal and bringing in Wide Receiver Coach Daikel Shorts while Defensive Coordinator Tony White departs for Florida State. We also cover the Nebraska players which have entered or indicated they will enter the portal on December 9th.
