Donard works with Paralympic athletes as well as everyday people at PureGym in Keighley, helping to support people with disabilities to work out and making exercising accessible for lots of disabilities. We have lots of sporty and gym-going members at PFKC so we were all very excited to speak to him about his work! We have a very special episode of the People First Podcast for you today featuring the members of our Friday group at People First Keighley And Craven. This week's episode of the People First Podcast is coming to you live from our Safer Streets Event at Skipton Town Hall! This was our third Safer Streets Event, which are all about giving people with learning disabilities information on how they can be safer and report important issues like hate crimes. Some of our team attended the event and interviewed some members of PFKC and other organisations, as some of the guests who spoke at the event! We learned more about what they thought of the event and the things they learned from it. If you didn't get a chance to attend we hope you learn more information about this important project.
