Today I’m taking you behind the scenes on the podcast today. Join me as I share some “in real-time” challenges in front of me- and what I’m doing to embrace rest and reject perfectionism.
Here’s a hint- awareness of the need for rest and relaxation does not immunity from the culture of relentless productivity.
I encourage you to continue taking time for rest, for relaxation, for creativity, and to just BE.
It can be difficult sometimes to take a break for yourself. When you care about others, when you are accustomed to being of service in some capacity to others- it may feel hard to carve out time for yourself but you can't pour from an empty cup.
Naomi
