As we embark on the new year with hope, excitement and anticipation, we know that there could be some ways that last year disappointed us. There are many times when we feel like we are a disappointment, have been disappointed, and overall at times live in fear of disappointment. It's a struggle we all have that leaves us feeling all a bit unfree. Journey with us as we explore the topic of disappointment and how it relates to trust, hope, and expectations.
