  • Episode 2 - Mark Johnson
    2022/05/31

Today we dive into a conversation with Mark Johnson, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mover, and yogi that has developed the important habit of not just listening to himself, but saying yes to himself; of acting on the dreams and yearnings that come from within. Mark is the owner of West Side Jiu Jitsu and co-owner of Higher Ground Hot Yoga, both businesses located in Ogden Utah. He's also a writer, and we discuss his book, 'Hug It, A Year Without Fear' and the lessons he learned from his year of 'saying yes' to opportunities presented to him. I really enjoyed this sit-down with Mark, and am grateful he shared his perspectives on moving, gratitude, taking action, and saying yes. Give a download and listen to this episode if you're searching for inspiration on how to take advantage of the everyday opportunities that life puts in front of us.
