    In this episode I talk about the importance in taking care of ourselves. Often, care providers forget to care for themselves: being too busy, forgetting, not knowing how important it is or not knowing where to start. Caring for ourselves is so important for our personal, mental and spiritual growth and its especially critical after something so traumatic as  seeing our child loose their minds with psychosis and living with severe mental illness.
