I look forward to sharing what I have learned over the past 13 years as a professional home inspector in my experience inspecting several thousand homes. As a general contractor, I have renovated and remodeled over 100 homes many of the homes were built pre 1950. As a professional husband & wife team, my wife Sheila and I have been honored to be the top producers for Fathom Realty in San Antonio for several years in a row and we have also finished in the top 2% off all 13,500 agents in San Antonio for sales production. I am also a Certified FAST Mentor with Fathom Realty, helping young or inexperienced agents learn the principles of serving their clients best interest with professionalism and hard work. I look forward to learning as much from you as you possibly learn from me and my experiences. We will also bring on top notch industry professionals to share their knowledge with us.     New homeowners will have a way to lower their property’s taxable value and save on their property taxes next year.

    A new law effective January 1, 2022 will provide property tax relief by allowing homebuyers to file for homestead exemptions in the year when they purchase the property. Currently, new homeowners must wait until the following year to file for the exemption.
