    Australian football's favourite competition has returned! Host Christian Marchetti is joined by FPF contributor Jose Campo to run the rule over the first two nights of the 2025 Australia Cup Final Rounds!

    To start, Western Sydney Wanderers fan Jose gives his very early thoughts on Alen Stajcic's side following their 3-0 win over Peninsula Power and Christian ignites a discussion about what benefit there is to Northern Territory clubs having a guaranteed spot in the Round of 32 (1:54).

    Later on, Adelaide-based Christian gives his takes on Cooks Hill United's win over Adelaide Croatia Raiders (26:29) before Jose reviews Northern Tigers-Sydney United and a few goalkeepers are (somewhat harshly) placed under the microscope (44:40).

    Join host Christian Marchetti and FPF contributors Cody Ojeda and Jack Twohill as they discuss all the latest talking points from another weekend of games in the A-League Men!

    To start the pod, the boys review a thrilling Sydney Derby, where Sydney FC and the Wanderers drew 3-3 in what was arguably the game of the season so far. They discuss Western Sydney's inability to see out the game, the impact of Sydney FC's subs, Zac Sapsford's excellent performance, and the similar issues both sides are having at the moment (2:16).

    They then move onto the Newcastle Jets, who cruised past Melbourne Victory with another improved performance on Saturday. The panel considers whether Rob Stanton's side are starting to turn a corner, discussing Noah James' excellent display, and the impact of a new system and new signings like Kota Mizunuma (30:52).

    Later on, they talk about Melbourne City, who have now lost three straight games. Christian points out a concerning trend in City's recent performances while also considering whether the club's horrid injury luck might be finally catching up to them (52:04).

Christian and Jose reflect on the positives of the Stajcic era thus far while also considering what might hold back the Wanderers from being a top six side this season (3:27).

    They then move onto Perth Glory, who lost to Melbourne Victory despite another improved performance.
