    2025/04/02

Episode 42 presents Tarris Horton, one of the most interesting and unique people I've had the pleasure to meet. Tarris is a man that wears many hats that start off with being a barber that was born of a bootlegger and a bible-thumper.

The Elizabethtown native, who was recently voted in as City Councilman in Dayton, KY, is a multi-talented, bubbly individual that has had his struggles in life too...

When I asked him to describe himself, his response was... "I feel like I'm a Renaissance man, and I haven't found anything that I can't do yet. I've been going full steam ahead, pursuing the things that I’m passionate about ever since I can remember. Whether it’s being involved in politics, playing sports, or actively participating in my community, I strive to bring people together. I believe in learning and teaching, inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves. I want to be someone in the community that people can look at and say, ‘Hey, that dude is a go-getter.’ Everything I do, I want it to reflect my faith and give glory to God. My story is one of true determination, and I credit all my achievements to Him. I’ve faced normal challenges, but I’ve come out stronger on the other side. They are growing up and executing in life....VERY WELL!
