Isn't it funny how we anchor into our birthplace. I often wonder how much DNA we share with salmon. We always think fondly of home. Sure, why wouldn't we. The food is nicer. All the food. The bacon is real bacon - not the excuse served here. The people are friendlier. Drivers are more courteous on the road. Ah, the list of illusions goes on. I say illusions, not because your memory is wrong. But because you're not from earth. We get a veil applied so we forget who we are and then we wake up with amnesia in a corner of a strange world and that corner imprints on us. Just like a baby duck.
