  • A few years ago I was a single mum with no qualifications, significant debt and very poor self-worth. At 26 I began to address the deep-rooted parts of myself that needed change. At 28 I knew I was only just beginning to scratch the surface in my knowledge and understanding of my mind and what it was capable of. At 30 I qualified as a hypnotherapist, helping people rewire their subconscious mind to work for, instead of against, them. I have now decided to launch 'The 6 Minute Mind' podcast with the simple mission of providing an accessible helping hand to others on their journey of self-discovery and transformation. Eliminate the negative blocks holding you back, unlock your full potential and create that positive, supportive inner dialogue that allows you to achieve and exceed your goals.
