    This week we cover a huge few days in triathlon. Rico Bogen takes the win at T100 San Francisco, while Julie Derron puts together a brilliant performance to beat Taylor Knibb in the women’s race.

    At Ironman Hamburg, Laura Philipp runs a stunning 2 hour 38 marathon to beat Kat Matthews and set a new Ironman world record.

    WTCS Alghero delivered high drama with Cassandre Beaugrand bouncing back from injury to take the win and Miguel Hidalgo navigating a chaotic race to come out on top. At Ironman Brasil, Manoel Messias impressed with a 2 hour 26 marathon.

    We also discuss the news that Will McCloy has officially joined the Ironman commentary team and reflect on what was, for the most part, a weekend of genuinely solid triathlon broadcasts.

    This week, we break down another packed weekend of racing across the triathlon world.

    We start with the T100 Vancouver wildcards, where an exciting list of short course athletes has been announced, led by Maya Kingma. The addition of these athletes brings fresh dynamics to the field.

    In Yokohama, the WTCS season continued with a thrilling men’s race. Matt Hauser edged out Vasco Vilaca in a tight sprint finish, while Jeanne Lehair secured her first WTCS victory in the women’s race, marking a significant milestone in her career.

    We also discuss the Challenge Championship, covering the key performances and outcomes from the event.

    At Ironman Lanzarote, Lucy Charles-Barclay delivered a dominant performance, leading from start to finish and showcasing her prowess on one of the sport’s most challenging courses.
