Welcome back for a Sunday episode of the pod! I have found, over the course of my awakening that church is not a building or certain religious tradition but an intellectual and spiritual space in which we acknowledge our own ignorance and actively search for wisdom. This space can be created anywhere, requiring only an authentic desire to learn in order to flourish. In this episode we do some intellectual and spiritual exploration. We talk in depth about the Dead Sea Scrolls, The Book of Enoch, Genesis Chapters 1 & 2 and the possibility that creation stories from around the world are not competitors but different traditions describing the same thing.
